Ordinity is a software studio. We take the messy middle of a business, the orders, prescriptions and invoices that live in spreadsheets and group chats, and build systems that keep their shape as they grow.

Ant Mascot

B2B procurement platform and ERP

Ant Mascot supplies Indian offices with everything from A4 paper to Diwali hampers, across sixteen categories. We built the platform it runs on: the ERP behind the warehouse, the storefront its business customers order from, and the search that connects the two.

Private social network for companies

An internal feed where employees post updates, give feedback and write down how their work gets done, closed to everyone outside the company. Every company gets its own database shard. Every phone learns its owner's writing for autocomplete without sending a keystroke to the server.

1:1

What we built

  1. 01Multi-tenant, with database-level sharding per company
  2. 02Assistant grounded in the company's own posts, re-indexed as people write
  3. 03On-device autocomplete trained on each user's history
  4. 04Company-branded post images from generative models
  5. 05Notification pipeline in Go on SNS and SQS, in each user's time zone

Fikrabot

Document extraction and verification

A shipment arrives with an invoice, an airway bill and a permit, often half of it in Arabic. Fikrabot reads every page, works out which fields ought to agree, checks tax numbers with the government, and returns a verdict.

What we built

  1. 01Configurable flows: which documents, which fields, what has to match
  2. 02Verdict engine that pairs corresponding fields without manual mapping
  3. 03Live VAT and GST checks against government APIs
  4. 04Arabic–English translation inside the matching step
  5. 05OCR fine-tuned for mixed Arabic and English documents
  6. 06Several language models in the pipeline, chosen per document type and language

(03)Why the nameOrder in Infinity

Disorder compounds. So does order.

Every new branch, tax rule or language on the invoices makes last year's shortcut more expensive. Most software is simple at launch and needs a team just to keep it upright a few years later.

The reverse holds too. Get the data model, the boundaries between services and the shape of the index right, and a system keeps taking on more without losing its form. That is all we mean by Order in Infinity.
